Hi there! I am a Birth Doula supporting families in Nederland, Denver, Boulder, and Summit County.
As a Certified Birth Doula, I offer personalized birth and postpartum support. With my long-time 20 year career as a clinical herbalist, I also offer support with herbal and nutritional guidance for growing families. I serve families across Nederland, Boulder, Summit County, and the Denver area with calm, compassionate care and thoughtful advocacy. You deserve autonomy in your birth space, and I am ensure that no matter the outcome, your voice was heard.
A Certified Birth Doula through DONA International (CD(DONA)), and a trained BEHELD Birth Doula and prenatal yoga instructor. She is also a Certified Clinical Family Herbalist and Nutritionist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families in holistic health and wellness.
I believe that birth is a natural, powerful, and deeply intuitive process—one that unfolds best when a birthing person feels safe, supported, and listened to. Birth thrives on connection, trust, and an environment that honors the rhythm of labor. I trust in the birthing body.
