Molly has a unique ability to listen and care for the birther. 

Molly is a (CD)DONA-trained Birth and Postpartum Doula, as well as a practicing Clinical Herbalist and Nutritionist. She believes that birthers and caregivers not only deserve but need to know that they are supported, respected, and empowered. Molly honors all birth choices and emphasizes autonomy and informed consent with her clients. She offers evidence-based information to help navigate the decision-making process around birth.

As your Doula Molly, shows up for you

Molly is a mom to three kids and knows—both viscerally and personally—how imperative it is to have someone on your side who is in tune with your needs and desires. As your birth doula, she puts you at the center, supporting you as your unique story unfolds. In the birth space, she strives to create a peaceful, loving environment, taking your birth wishes into account and ensuring that your voice is heard and you are seen and empowered as you birth your baby.

Molly is professional (CD) DONA trained and certified birth Doula who has been immersed in the world of birth her entire life. From growing up with a mother who was a home birth midwife, giving birth to 3 babies herself, and a clinical family herbalist for 20 years, Molly is passionate about providing optimal support.

Molly listens to your desires and works on your behalf to help you advocate those desires. Molly will assist with the discomfort of labor, and support the birthers partner.

It is important to choose your birth team wisely, as your Doula and as a Clinical Herbalist, Molly has been working with pregnant women, babies, and children for 20 years. She brings a wealth of herbal and nutritional tools to support birthers during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and the postpartum period, and she deeply believes in the healing power of nature.

Molly is there to support and empower your pregnancy and birth experience by offering:

Emotional Support: Molly offers encouragement, reassurance, and a comforting presence to help reduce stress and anxiety during labor.

 Physical Support: Molly will provide comfort measures such as massage, positioning suggestions, and techniques to alleviate pain and discomfort during labor.

 Informational Support: Molly is eager to offer evidence-based information and guidance, empowering birthing individuals to make informed decisions about their childbirth preferences.

 Advocacy: Molly will help ensure the birthing person's wishes are respected and communicated to the medical team, promoting a positive birthing experience.

Continuous Presence: Molly will be with you throughout the entire labor and birth, offering unwavering support.

Setting the tone: Feeling safe, calm and secure is of the utmost importance, Molly strives to keep your birth space a loving and peaceful setting. 

Partner support: At the end of the day, the doula gets to go home, and Molly believes in taking care of the partner, after all this is their labor experience too. 

Postpartum Doula


As your Postpartum Doula, Molly's aim is to assist YOU and your family in adjusting to your new roles and responsibilities. She offers guidance and reassurance as you navigate the challenges of early parenthood. Molly's role is to nurture and empower you as new parents, alleviating your stress, and helping you build confidence in your parenting abilities during the early postpartum period. Molly strives to be kind, considerate, knowledgeable and caring!
